Every edition includes the audit trail, role-based access, reference intervals by age and sex, pathologist approval, and the patient report portal. Nothing that a report has to be defensible is sold as an extra.
Patients pay by UPI, into the account the laboratory already has. There is no payment gateway to sign up for, no merchant account, and nobody takes a percentage — the laboratory pastes in its UPI id and a QR appears on the bill.
A patient types the reference their app gave them. It does not settle the bill by itself: somebody at the laboratory confirms it against the bank first, because a mistyped digit should not release a report that has not been paid for.
