The licence terms for using Carelis.
These terms cover the use of Carelis by a laboratory and its staff.
A subscription to use the software for the term paid for. It is not a sale of the software.
A laboratory can export its data at any time, in open formats, including after the subscription ends. We do not hold data hostage to a renewal.
Deployment is outside laboratory hours by default, and we tell you before we do it.
We do not yet publish a status page. When something is wrong you will hear it from us directly, and you can reach a person.
We do not practise medicine. Carelis records, calculates and presents what a laboratory enters and what its analysers report. Clinical responsibility for a result rests with the laboratory and the pathologist who signs it.
